Guilt Yourself Thin?

One blogger used guilt to motivate himself to stay on his diet. He picked a really extreme diet (compared to his usual eating), fairly similar to my diet, and told EVERYONE about it. Then used the guilt of cheating as motivation to stay in line. It’s an interesting idea, but I feel like so much of my over-eating was tied in with emotion. Adding additional guilt would probably make my emotional eating worse, and not better, but still an interesting concept none-the-less. Different strokes, right?
