The Wonders of Chocolate Milk

PhotobucketOne of my FAVE things to have after a workout is chocolate milk. I read that it was good for post-workout replenishment a few years ago, and have been desperately clinging to this knowledge ever since. Basically I love dairy and chocolate, so working out is simply an excuse to get to drink chocolate milk.

Luckily, Lifehacker recently ran this post touting the benefits of chocolate milk after physical activity. Once this juice fast is over I look forward to enjoying my cocoa moo juice once again.
