Food Choices Matter

PhotobucketThis study seems like commonsense to me, but this came from Harvard, so it must be a BFD, right?

Long-term changes in your diet, like choosing yogurt over potatoes (the example they give here) will help you loose weight over time. Just like raw, natural foods are better than processed foods, and foods higher in fiber and protein keep you more full than fat and sugar.

I don’t find this article super helpful, but it is true. I also realize that some people need more concrete examples of how they can make small changes for the better. If you have five minutes to kill check it out.
