Measurement Monday

Measurements are mostly the same. My thigh is back down an inch (where I was two weeks ago). My waist is measuring the same, but my body is looking firmer, so I guess I’ll take it. Definitely did better this last week with staying focused on my diet and getting lots of cardio. However, I skipped Zumba and took yesterday as a rest day and feel pretty lazy because of it. Plan to work extra hard in the gym tonight to make it up. Only two weeks until my next 5k, so I predict there will be plenty of running this week too. Happy Monday!

  • Waist: 32″
  • Hips: 40″
  • Bust: 37″
  • Thigh: 26″
  • Calf: 17″
  • Upper Arm: 12″
