Aside from my thigh, and barely my calf (baaaaarely), I am back down to the lowest measurements I’ve ever taken. This week Andy McBee has vacation time, and we spent the weekend together–which hasn’t happened in months (maybe over a year). I wasn’t totally lazy, and made it to workout three times, but not as hard as I usually would.

Tonight there will be running (cause I can’t forget I’m 5 days out from my next 5k) and then heading to the gym for a lil’ StepMill action and some sauna. I have my next official update with Lyndsi tomorrow so I’ll know what I’m weighing in at and what my body fat percentage is very soon. 32% and under for women my age is healthy, and I was just above that two weeks ago, so hopefully I’m in a healthy range now–can’t wait to see!

  • Bust: 37″
  • Thigh: 26″
  • Calf: 16.6″
  • Upper Arm: 12″
